Anne Burrell

Anne W. Burrell (born on 25th August 1949) is an American TV chef personality. Burrell was also an instructor at the Institute of Culinary Education. She's the host of Secrets of a Restaurant Chef on the Food Network and the co-host of Worst Cooks in America. Anne Burrell, a Food Network celebrity with her signature spikey blonde hair and exuberant personality, shares easy to learn techniques and eliminates anxiety about restaurant food in her series Secrets of a Restaurant. Burrell is a chef who has been in the kitchen for a long time. Burrell is also an experienced chef of New York City's best restaurants. She has also explored Italy's cuisine and culture, and the surrounding environment. Growing up in the upper reaches of New York area, Chef Burrell found a passion for food and cooking from a young age. The Culinary Institute of America is where she enrolled to earn an English degree and a Communications diploma in Canisius College Buffalo NY. I enjoyed every moment during my time in The Culinary Institute of America she declares. I couldn't learn enough couldn't achieve enough and couldn't push myself enough. After graduating, Burrell worked at La Bottega del 30 in Tuscany and La Taverna del Lupo (in Umbria) during her time at the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners. The time she spent in Italy allowed her to comprehend and appreciate the Italian philosophy and culture, and this has left an impression on her perception of food. Burrell was a Garden of Dreams Foundation Advisory Board members, which strives to improve living conditions for children who face obstacles. Burrell also serves as a Juvenile Disease Research Foundation celebrity ambassador, and is a vocal advocate for awareness of the dangers of childhood diabetes. Burrell speaks on her culinary passion and shares her knowledge of the culinary world, as she regularly goes on trips across the USA in various roles such as speaker and mentor. Throughout Anne's culinary journey she often says that she feels very fortunate to share what I love most to others.
